Introduction

The Imperial County Public Defender’s Office provides the highest quality criminal defense by vigorously advocating for the rights of individuals facing criminal charges in adult and juvenile court. The Public Defender also effectively represents the legal rights of children in dependency court and individuals involved in conservatorship proceedings.
