The County is actively updating its Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) to strengthen community preparedness and resilience. As part of this effort, community members, stakeholders, and partners have been actively engaged in the planning process. To ensure a transparent and inclusive approach, the County is providing additional opportunities for public involvement.
Ways to Get Involved
Planning Team Collaboration
The County is working closely with a diverse planning team, including representatives from various County departments, to develop a comprehensive and inclusive EOP.
Community Meetings
The County is hosting two community meetings, offered in both in-person and virtual formats, to accommodate different preferences and encourage broad participation. These meetings will provide updates on the EOP, allow for discussion of key developments, and offer opportunities for community members to share feedback and concerns.
We strongly encourage all residents to attend the meeting that best suits their schedule. Please register using the links below:
If you need reasonable assistance such as Spanish translation and ASL interpretation to fully participate in our events, please reach out to Lenah Mansour at Lenah.mansour@constantassociates.com
Public Comment Period
A public comment period will be available, providing community members the opportunity to review and provide input on key project components.
Your feedback is very important in ensuring the EOP reflects the needs and priorities of our community.
