The County of Imperial has established this project-specific public comment form in response to community requests for an opportunity to share input on the proposed Imperial Data Center project. This form allows community members to submit comments, questions, and recommendations related to the project. Note: this comment portal is not

part of the CEQA process or associated with any formal public review/comment period.

Comments may address overall perspectives on the project, suggested considerations or potential requirements that the County should evaluate if the project moves forward, or questions about the proposal. Examples of recommended considerations may include items such as noise, fencing, operational standards, and enforcement measures.

All comments submitted through this form will be compiled and made available for public review.

Please note this link is for comments and suggestion only related to the Imperial Data Center Project, proposed at the southeast corner of Aten and Clark Roads in Imperial,

assist the County in better understanding community concerns and suggestions.
